She provided excellent service in helping negotiate the contract, keep the transactions on track and see it to closing. While I felt she ably represent the interests of her Buyer, she was fair to all concerned and helped all the parties reach amicable solutions to disagreements that arose. Even though MBD was acting as a Buyers Agent, I felt she provided services that went well beyond her responsibilities. There were some environmental problems with the property (UST) that required remediation. MBD helped secure the necessary specialty service contractor to undertake the remediation.
